Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Carefully place your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated warehouse address.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
